I took the whole family back to Campisi’s on Sunday AND BOY AM I GLAD I DID!
This was the Campisi’s that I’ve grown to love over the years.
I once again, ordered the Italian crab claws and they were leaps and bounds better than last time. We had a totally adorable waitress named Leena and she recommended dipping our fresh baked bread in the herb buttery goodness that the crab claws come in.
*This was very sound advice.*
The bread proved to be an exceptional “melted butter delivery service” and my husband and I went through two baskets of bread very quickly.

I had the Chicken Parmesan entree with the Tuscan salad in the side.
I ate every single bite of the chicken which was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of melted mozzarella on top.
They served the salad deconstructed which was a nice touch as well. Everything was fresh, hot and full of flavor.
I’m certain that I just caught them on a bad night last time and that happens in any restaurant.
This time it was exactly what I would expect from any Campisi’s location.
A Dallas classic.
